Cenobite camera still bugged.

Camera has been bugged for, to my knowledge, the past two matches now. Using chains for some players causes the camera to get stuck, there seems to be no consistent fix. Sometimes it returns while just walking around, sometimes post hitting someone, sometimes post vaulting. But never consistent.
Step 1 : Use chains as Cenobite.
Step 2 : Realistic probability the camera gets stuck at a slightly upward tilt angle.
Step 3 : Become sad.

- Frequency of the issue: Once or twice a match is common.
