Hysteria broken?

I recently faced a streamer, and upon watching back the VOD I noticed that they weren't Oblivious at any point in the game. I was running Hysteria, and had injured multiple healthy survivors at different stages of the trial.


Edit: Apologies, I suppose this belongs in Bug Reporting. I forgot that category existed. Feel free to close this thread, I submitted a bug report. 😔
