Cannot pick survivors up if they are being healed by another survivor

A downed survivor cannot be picked up if someone else is healing them. I have no idea why it works like this since the killer should be able to overpower survivors. This is annoying at the exit gate since survivors can heal a downed survivor to prevent the killer from picking them up. This allows them time to escape. Similarly, you can't kick a gen if a survivor is on it.

This isn't a bug, it's intended design.
You post fits better in the suggestions forum, as this isn't a bug.

Devs stated this is a feature. Feels more like an exploit of a bug, to me, but it is what it is. I'm assuming it's too much trouble to try to fix the bug, so it's just a "feature".
