Survivor Perk adjustments to prevent parties from gaining an advantage

The Reassurance perk is very effective when used with a friend and less effective when used alone.

By revising the specifications as described later, it is better to make it effective even when used by one person and not to be used by two people.

Active Ability button to halt their Sacrifice Process for the next 20/25/30 seconds.

cool down is 35 seconds.

Only the survivor who first used Reassurance after being hooked can use Reassurance again on the hooked Survivor.

The Potential Energy perk should be modified as described below.

Converts 1.5 % of Repair progression into 1 Token, up to a maximum of 100 Tokens.

A generator repaired using a Potential Energy token cannot be repaired using a Potential Energy token for 20 seconds.

The Dead Hard perk should be modified as described below.

From the start of the match, all survivors have one shared token.

When any survivor including yourself is rescued from the hook, the shared token increases by one.

If any survivor, including yourself, uses dead hard, it consumes 1 shared token regardless of whether the attack hits or not.

Since the shared token is shared by everyone, it will decrease even if other people consume it
