Medi kit add on and charge issues

All med kits say 24 charges but are only healing 16 charges. The gel dressing says 16 charges but only heals a charge of 8. Please fix this asap as most med kit bloodpoint amounts went up.
Why is there is only 1 med kit add on with speed. Sutures and needles add no speed anymore. All med kits slow down healing myself and only speed up healing others.
Love the change on abdominal dressings though

It takes 24 charges instead of 16 if you use it to heal yourself, that was part of the medkit nerf. It’s intended. (The part where it says “decreases the efficiency you heal yourself” is what this is referring to.)
If you heal a teammate then it will only use 16.
