Switch - Multiple Friend Issues

It seems like this issue started around the time the Tools of Torment DLC was released. Both of my Switch Friends are experiencing similar problems. We rarely make it into the actual match itself when all three of us try to play - two Switch player are usually fine but at least one of the group with be removed from the party when the match starts. We have all performed numerous reboots and different characters/perks/maps doesn't make a difference.
