Spawn in with 2 traps with Trapper Sack

Description: I spawned into this match with only two traps. Usually, when I use the trapper sack addon I spawn in with three traps, which is what the addon says should happen.
Additionally this game, one of my traps spawned outside of the map, which might be related.
This rarely occurs for me. This might be the first time ever.
