Lightborn prevents you from blind but has a downside

I noticed a while ago that when you are blinding a person with lightborn the beam of light shrinks as it does when a killer doesnt has it, but in the end it sounds the same as when you blind him, so i tried on a custom match and i've seen that it removed the hability to lunge attack, i've tried it with Clown and Myers (Evil 2 and 3), and when they are "blinded" when the sound procs, they cannot lunge.
