Unable to Blink Through Car on Gas Heaven

Playing as Nurse on PC, first noticed this in a match on Gas Heaven. There is one type of car that typically spawns in front of the main building of Gas Heaven that cannot be blinked through, even if there is open space behind it. It doesn't matter what angle you take, if it goes through the car, you just blink in place.
I've attached some videos showing what I experienced. It only seems to be happening with this one kind of car. I only tried on Gas Heaven, but if it spawns in other Autohaven maps, I'm sure it happens there too.
