Disconnected from host multiple times

Platform: Nintendo switch
problem: I get a few minutes into a match then I get the disconnected from host error. I noticed it’s happened more often since the mid chapter update. Now it’s happening every match and I’m unable to play because I’m getting a DC penalty.
