setting wrecker's yard on custom - becomes coal tower on load

We were doing a custom 1v1 match (both Steam players) when we wanted to go to Wrecker's Yard. For some reason it brings us to Coal Tower. He restarted his game while I tested again vs bots.
Attached is a video sped up 3x between the portion where I select Wrecker's Yard and to the point I spawn in Coal Tower. This is in a zip file
