Pig Combat Straps Bugged?

Issue: When using the Combat Straps add-on to increase crouching/standing speed, the animation still plays at normal speed.
Steps to reproduce:
1) load in as Pig, with Combat Straps add-on
2) Crouch
How often does this occur? Every time.
