Ok so. Ots been more than a month. When will his shirt be available for shards? Like i know he's not played much and need the money or forgot. But like...come on.

It’s usually not exactly 4 weeks/1 month on the day accurately. But since it’s been announced, all (non-Event) cosmetics got their shard availability around that time mark
