Jonah Pi shirt not available for shards

This cosmetic was added on (or around the?) March 14th (3.14.)
Now, every original cosmetic in the ingame store is supposed to be available for shards around 4 weeks after release, though as of today, Jonah’s shirt is still only available for auric cells
