PC - Stuck Behind Hooked Survivor

Load into Silent Hill map, it was the second floor with lockers around the hook.
Tried to block the killer from hooking a teammate, so just kinda crouching and blocking.
Ended up being stuck behind the hooked survivor and couldn't move.
Tried every direction. Even when hit I had no phasing to get through.
Once downed I was still stuck here and I couldn't even
LoL I thought it was a funny situation; believe it or not THMATHEO10 did not. XD
Ended up getting unhooked by teammate and instead of reviving me just kept flicking his flashlight.
He was triggered. LOL
This is the location it happened at and I assume it will happen everytime it's recreated.
Spirit was the killer but I don't think it matters.
