Flashlight hanging in air after burning spirit out of invis

At the least, this is a bug. The survivor's flashlight remained in place shining for at least 15 seconds after the survivor left the spot.
Furthermore, I thought flashlight burns were removed in 6.7.0. I was playing spirit and got burned out of invisible by this player. Or were they using "special" enhancements?
