Yui's Short Puffy Jacket using the wrong model

Instead of using the correct model for the cosmetic when equipping it, it instead uses Yui's Fluffy Green Jacket as seen on the first image.
Also the necklace on Yui's Fluffy Green Jacket cosmetic is not showing the correct color as seen on the icon of the cosmetic as seen on the second image.
