Horrible load times on console

UPDATE: Uninstalling all the DLCs solved the issue.
Platform: Xbox Series X
Description: It takes 4 minutes to boot the game.
Steps to reproduce:
- launch the game
- make a cup of tea
- wait...
- hopefully game loads by the time you empty your cup
How often does this occur: All the time since 6.1.0. Perhaps even earlier.
