Wraith - Coxcombed Clapper audio bug

The Wraith’s Coxcombed Clapper addon (the one that hides the bell sounds) is also suppressing the whooshing sound that normally plays for survivors whenever the Wraith cloaks or uncloaks within 40 meters of them. It is not supposed to hide this sound, only the sounds of the bell.
This issue is only present from the survivor POV and the killer can still hear the whooshing sound normally.
Steps to reproduce:
- Be a survivor against a Wraith with Coxcombed Clapper
- Have the Wraith cloak or uncloak within 40 meters of you and notice the whooshing sound is missing
