PC - Stuck when trying to drop from small hill on Red Forest

Red Forest as a survivor.
Didn't attempt to re-create it as we were losing, but couldn't get unstuck until I was downed.
Slow walking down the edge of a hill to avoid a spirit hearing me and got stuck here. The 30 second beforehand of nvidia didn't work so I unfortunately don't have video of how I got there, but attaching a video of the position I was in where I got stuck.
