Survivors of Haemorrhage Status Effects or Mangled Status Effects enable Dead Hard. Currently, it is common to inflict injuries with this status and tunnel without healing, so this fix will reduce that.

    Not sure that's something we're trying to go for when people are still recovering from years of Dead Hard.
