Why, to this day, does Nemesis' whip still give survivors a sprint burst on the initial infection?
I ask this because other killers have means of injuring survivors without getting them a speed burst
Plague - infection with no SB
Wesker throw (does give a sprint burst but minimal as Wesker can move with it and out of position survivor.)
