invisible wall on eyrie of crows

In the map eyrie of crows on one of staircases of main building i instantly have invisible wall that i can not hit as killer but can not walk through it. Is it common bug or something is wrong on my pc? I started several games with bots and had this issue in each.

Update: i saw on twtich that streamers experience it too. but it seems that this wall exist only for killers but i am not sure
