Can we please get achievements while playing against bots in custom matches, the reason is I am a new player and found this game very lately not a fan of multiplayer games but I find this game very interesting and multiple times replayable, so hoping in future if we are allowed to get achievements in custom matches. everyone in public matches are much experienced & harder impossible to get any trophy ☹️☹️☹️old players are annoying and irritating about to delete the game in frustration. please help

Honestly, the game is not new-player friendly.

However, there's only one way through that. You gotta stick it out and try to learn.

I rather skip it, luckily I haven’t got any trophy yet, I will stick to single player games, don’t want to mess and bang my head into this.

Can’t control my patience or waste my time playing against the grievers or 24/7 gamers who have no life, I like myself as a achievement Hunter, I finished so many single player games platinum, some of my achievements are very rare to earn, even a good player can’t get that easily, only few people able to attain it, those games are real challenges not like this game in which you are competing 3-4 friends playing against 1 individual.

A lot of the DBD achievements will honestly happen if you play enough. There's a few actual difficult achievements that you would have to try for, but most will simply come with time.

Best advice I can give as someone who has all the achievements, is just don't worry about.

I QUIT this before I started playing, seems like I wasted my $20 on this. I hope if they put out single player mode to earn trophies that would be great otherwise, I drop this game

I mean, it's kinda common sense that a multiplayer game would have multiplayer achievments?

+This is a large game and you would have to buy every dlc that's out there (or atleast the licensed ones and grind A LOT otherwise).

If you don't enjoy plating multiplayer games and can't enjoy the game just to play it I would drop it.

I'll be honest with you, that's probably your best course of action.

This game is very far from new player friendly, the devs make some of the most bizarre changes to any game I've ever played, there're bugs and exploits that don't get resolved for ages (if at all), balance issues galore, most times the matchmaking is not even remotely accurate, some of the achievements/tome entries have cringy or outdated requirements, there's little to no communication between the devs and the players (no real community management at all), any changes or updates based on player feedback the devs listen to from the players are often too little/too late or counterintuitive (and in most cases it has to be an almost game-wide revolt to catch their attention), and most DLCs released in the past few years have just brought more problems/broke existing game elements/are generally meh.

As it exists right now, I'd never recommend this game to anyone, nor any other game this developer produces on their own. If I hadn't started playing it a while back and already invested the time, I'd have long since dropped it.

But hey, if you're a fan of Feng Min she's got şħīţłōåďş of overpriced and recolored cosmetics you can buy!

I agree trophies shouldn’t be easy to achieve but also it shouldn’t be that much difficult or nearly impossible to get, if you playing against people. You can beat AI at one point but against real brain you only need luck, and I don’t prefer luck based games at some point you will begging and asking ur friends to help you out for trophies then accept the truth that you were only playing this game for platinum not for fun.

What achievements are you having trouble with?

They should probably adjust the really difficult ones. "Where Did They Go?" got fixed which was good as that was almost impossible. Downing 100 survivors from across the map with Huntress is pretty much impossble on a controller now that Borrowed Time is default, and Evil Incarnate needs to be handed to you by the survivors.

From what I remember, Sony (I think) is very strict on changing achievements if they're still doable (although difficult). Where did they go? was impossible after hatch changes so was changed.

So Evil Incarnate will only be changed to be easier if they either change the add-ons (thus making it impossible), they allow dc's to count and/or allow you to mori from the lockers.
