[PC] Invisible obstacle on Eyrie of Crows staircase

Found an invisible obstacle stuck in the middle of the stairs in the Eyrie main building.....really caught me off guard. Attached a video below showcasing where the position of this wall is:

Tried leaning on the same obstacle with Ghostface in a custom game, but didn't end up working. Plus I could swing my weapon perfectly through this obstacle so... it's definitely not some strange table that got shifted.

Reporting this issue from PC but I'm not sure if other players have experienced this on console and such.
