Idea for how Vecna could work

Power: Mindscape

Vecna would work behind the scenes in the Mindscape, which would be a combination of old Freddy’s dreamworld and Spirits spectral world. It’d mirror the main trial but have particles, a blue fog and vines everywhere resembling the UpsideDown and survivors would be nowhere to be seen until they are pulled in. Vecna could use the power button to enter the main trial in an invisible spectral form however survivors can hear a faint bell chime when he is nearby, in the main trial he can give survivors the Curse Effect which causes their curse meter to passively decrease until they are in the Mindscape. While survivors are in the Mindscape their physical body in the main trial is at a standstill with white eyes. Survivors have a passive hook timer while in the Mindscape, once the timer ends the survivor does not die but they can be killed by Vecna on the first hit sort of like a timed Tombstone Myers.

Special Ability: Liches Might

Vecna can alter the Mindscape, holding the ability button to temporarily block certain pallets and vaults from a moderate proximity, addons can also be used to add peaceable tendril snares which can grab the survivor and grandfather clocks which can speed up the survivors timer.

Survivor Interaction: Radio

Teammates can retrieve radios in the main trial and play the music for the survivor in the Mindscape to open a mind portal that they can escape through, once passed through the survivor regains control of their body in the main trial. Or the survivor in the mindscape can find old rusty radios which can be fixed and then played to open a mind portal on their own.

Sacrifice Method: Time Is Up

When Vecna downs a survivor instead of hooking them he can levitate them in the air in any location, causing their body to levitate in the main trial as well. When the time is up he can kill them while restrained, survivors can do skillchecks while restrained for a 10% chance of escape. Teammates can also play the radio to free survivors from Vecnas telepathic grasp. When a survivor is killed in the Mindscape their mori is displayed in the main trial.
