Alright, so I'm on steam, and today I was trying to do the Plague's adept. I took her 3 perks, some add-ons and an offering. I did the 1st game, I got 2 pipes but no achivement. I did a 2nd game, same perks, same add-ons but this time I didn't put an offering. I did the game, 2 pipes but still no achievements.
Is this normal ? Do we have to do something else to get the achievement ?

They changed merciless killer requirements recently, you need to get 4 kills for a merciless and that's all it takes. Unfortunately though DCs are not included.
