Nurse not stunnable during blink attack?

I was playing Nurse on PC. I blinked to a survivor right as they got into a locker. It happened really fast so I might have some details mixed up but I think what happened was they used head on and I hit them with a blink attack at the same time, and went into fatigue afterwards. However I still saw the Head On stun icon appear on my screen.
I'm pretty sure the same thing also happened with a pallet stun, where I used a blink attack right before getting "pallet stunned" but just went into fatigue.
