Xbox One - HUD not updating when a survivor disconnects

A Zarina disconnected minutes into this match, however the HUD never updated for it and just displayed her as injured. This was on Dead Dawg against a Wraith, platform used is the Xbox One S.
The hatch still opened despite the fact Zarina is, according to the HUD, still alive. On top of this Up The Ante DID actually update for the missing survivor and went down to 2 tokens when it happened, and is now at 0 with only her left.
