Should hexes have undying basekit (other than noed)?

I've been trying to think about how hex perks could become more popular without being too much. Would basekit undying on hex perks be acceptable with undying be able to allow an additional hex cleansing? I definitely think noed shouldn't get this benefit though. Right now hexes are (for the most part) not worth bothering with.


I'm open to alternative ideas but this does seem like one of the best options to make hexes more of a thing without them being OP
