Survivors texture bugging walking forward/Tpose on a hook after getting off

in almost every game as a killer survivors randomly (mostly after a hit) start walking forvard for whole game. I cant hit them because they arent realy there but their texture is and they still make scratch marks, attract crows bcs they are in same spot and moan if damaged. I got some clips of it but idk if anyone else has it hope anyone can help me
