HEX : NOED CANT GO WITH HEX:HANUTED GROUND!!!!!!

i was in a match using ghostface with NOED and Haunted Ground together but in the endgames when NOED actived , Haunted Ground remains good till endgame because of that when i hit survivors with my basic attack but they wont instant-down but only take 1 health state, so Hex : No One Escape Death cant go with Hex : Haunted Ground remains activing . Thanks for reading if my report is right pls give me some bp or just give me killers instead i love the game down bad sorry for asking to much , have a great day and good lucks to your future projects.
