Killer infinity attack no cooldown spamming

killers have no cool down or their animation is going very fast on basic attack and can spam them this happens more when the killer is holding a survivor i just went against a hag that went half way across the map spamming her attack because it made he almost as fast as the survivor when holding someone plz fix this bug or is it a hacker i have no clue but their a lot of people doing this right now not to that extent but i have seen it like 8 times withing the past 2 days NO the killer did not have mad grit it's a bug its nothing a perk can let the killer do
