No Flashlight hooking interaction

When a killer is hooking a survivor the killer has to wait the entire animation in order to move the camera or the character. A skillful survivor can perform a flashlight blind without any kind of counterplay (from the killer side) and use that interval of time to unhook again his/her partner in front of the killer.
Taking into consideration that killers are now inmune to locker picking animation, I think this effect should be applied to hooking animations.
