SWITCH - Game/Match does not load

A friend of mine has the problem that she has troubles getting the game to start on the Switch roughly after the update on May 6th. She updated the software, reinstalled the game but it did not work. In addition all loading screens take ages and she can't even get past the loading screen when the match starts.

If she get's kicked out during the start-up of the game she get's a notification that the software was terminated due to an error. And if she is kicked out during the match loading screen the match is canceled and she get's the notification that something went wrong with the match.

She can't play at all.
