PC/Any - Deathslinger reload missing vfx

Step 1 : Boot the game
Step 2 : Play as the Deathslinger
Step 3 : In-game, shoot, then reload
Step 4 : Ejected shell and new bullet will be missing, also missing "spark" effects when working the mechanism
