The perk is supposed to reveal the aura of 3 gens which you get a 5% bonus for 60 seconds between generators. The aura is supposed to disappear after 60 seconds but not the speed bonus. The speed bonus also disappears after 60 seconds. This is both something that can be clocked and it is visible in the progress bar. It turns red when the perk deactivates.

I don’t think this is a bug. It says you gain 5% repair speed bonus on revealed generators. After those 60 seconds pass, they are not being revealed anymore until the next gen gets done.
