Why does it slow down when a Survivor is in the radius instead of stopping entirely?
How "slow" is slow? Can Survivors prioritize bringing chases around Hooked Survivors, especially utilizing reassurance, in order to leverage this mechanic even with the slowed buildup?
How does this interact with mutli-level maps where vertically they (Killer or Survivor) could be within the radius, but actual pathing would have them traverse a longer distance?
How does the radius interact with Basement Hook?
Does it slow down or speed up if the Killer is carrying a Survivor nearby? (EG: To Basement Hook)
Why are you creating a "danger zone" for Killers to be wary of? Does this fit thematically?
How is the Killer informed that they are in the danger zone?
How are new players going to be introduced to this mechanic?

The indoor maps question was an immediate one for me because if I hook you upstairs on midwich and go downstairs will it still give you a free unhook? Not to mention, I’m curious as to what the radius is for smaller maps like the one mentioned above.
they should have just made it so the survivor is teleported to a far away hook that way a survivor still has to get off gens to go save, killer keeps pressure, and they aren’t being stared at to death.

They literally asked for feedback/questions? And as far as I'm aware it wasn't explicitly stated the Anti-Camping mechanic would be in the upcoming PTB, just later this year.

I would assume it doesn't stop just in case the survivor attempting the rescue gets downed or injured and no longer has a real means of unhooking. So if they're injured and leave, then the hooked person still has made some progress during the failed attempt.

Okay, fair I must've missed that It won't be in this PTB.
Still, they didn't give us exact numbers in the anniversary stream, nor any official post regarding this topic (as of now, atleast I haven't seen one), so I think they meant the feedback and/or questions when the PTB hits live.

I don’t think so. It came off lore like : “We’d like to have more open discussions about possible gameplay features while still in the planning phase”.
