PC - The Onryo breaks DS and the wiggle system

I Versed agaisn´t "The Onryo" and my Decisive Strike didn´t trigger after hitting the skillcheck , instead the killer was able to pick me up and i was unable to wiggle as the skillchecks simply wouldn´t appear
The killer also confirmed she was not stunned in a couple of pallets when she was hit by them.
I haven´t had any other killer where this happened.
Step 1 : Boot the game
Step 2 : Play against "The Onryo"
Step 3 : Go down with Decisive Strike activated
Step 4 : Hit the Skillcheck and test it
