PC - Flashlight remnant stuck in the air after getting blinded as Spirit

I don't really know what triggers it. Sometimes it happens when I get stunned and then blinded, sometimes when I barely evade the flashlight. And it is very inconsistent.
I also saw this in the match from the 2nd screenshot as well. Don't know if it's related or not:
This only happened on Spirit so far.
