Silent Bell also removes "Whoosh" sound effect

When playing against the Wraith using the Iri add-on that silences his bell, it also silences the 40m "whoosh" sound effect that plays when he cloaks/uncloaks.

In the video below, you can see I have a Wraith cloak/uncloak next to me, but I hear nothing. Just his Terror Radius.

Now, you might think: "Wasn't this always the case?" I wondered so too. I doubted myself but I went and found footage of Wraith using the add-on, and yes, there was a "whoosh" sound effect.

At around 3:16 in the video below (provided by the great Otzdarva himself), you can hear the "whoosh" sound effect play alongside the Wraith's Terror Radius after he had uncloaked out of view.
