Object with invisible wall for killers on Suffocation Pit

I found an object, a saw table, on the map Suffocation Pit that has an invisible wall next to it that is impassable for killers only. I tried playing the map several times in custom games, and it happened almost every time when the table spawned close to a exit gate near one of the corners of the map.
Normally this isn't an issue since it spawns fairly open, however I got at least one variant where it spawned next to another wall which could be exploited by survivors since there was no way to reach them if they stood in the dead zone.
Tried taking pictures as reference, on the last picture you can see my weapon bouncing off when I tried to swing at open air.
