Dissolution + The Serpent Wraith Add-on Causing Activation

Issue
The Add-On "The Serpent" is supposed to activate when The Wraith kicks a pallet, generator or breakable wall, but the perk "Dissolution" is activating the add-on removing the need for The Wraith to interact at all, giving no chance for distance while The Wraith is able to stay fast and cloaked.
Steps To Produce
- Equip Serpent Add-on + Dissolution
- Injure Survivor To Activate Dissolution
- Once Survivor Vaults Pallet, Add-On Activates
