PTB - Singularity vs Bots can cause them to stay in place or not escape while in camera

When a bot survivor has no emp and is watched by a camera they will find a place to hide out of line of sight. They will not move from this spot until you swap cameras. This can lead to moments in the end game where the killer's body is on one exit gate and a camera active on the other. The bots will keep attempting to reach the gate but turn around or hide the moment they see either The Singularity or an active camera. The same situation can happen on a hook where the bot will never unhook next to a camera.
I believe a bot should move into LoS of a camera if they have no other options or to escape through the exit.
