[Bug] Wraith Lunge is unaffected by the Uncloak burst of speed.

Description: In the public branch of the game currently, a full length lunge's speed is greatly increased by the uncloak speed. This has always been the case previously, and isn't mentioned in the Patch Notes of this current PTB version (7.0.0), so I can only assume this is a bug.
Steps to reproduce: Load into a match as The Wraith, uncloak, and perform a full lunge attack. The speed difference is unmistakable.
How often does this occur: Occurs every time you uncloak and lunge.
