DBD crashes my ps5 for no reason?

Whenever I try to play dbd my ps5 ends up crashing eventually. I've got a six-hour matchmaking ban because of it and its really unbearable. my console doesnt crash on any other game, just dbd. Anyone know why this is happening or what I can do to fix this? my console is up to date and my game is up to date. Thanks in advance.
