Survivor bots aren't good practice
They make poor macro decisions and sometimes get caught in stupid places, but more importantly, they can't be mindgamed and their reaction times are so fast that it's extremely difficult to land many Killer powers on them if they aren't locked in an animation.
I can't get a feel for how to use powers like Pyramid Head's (Or the Singularity's, on the PTB) against them, because they consistently and immediately walk out of range or sidestep them in ways that human players rarely, if ever, do. Not to mention always being on point with any Killer-specific mechanics like the Singularity's EMP.

I do agree though I guess at that point you kinda have to learn against human players? Sure some adjustments would be fine but there will always be a noticeable distinction,
also I think it’s fine to just learn about the actual controls of a new killer, timings, building some muscle memory, maybe test some addon/perk combos etc. without any pressure of actual matches even if the survs might not react like actual players would.

Well, I think something should still be done, because few human Survivors can figure out where a Singularity's lock-on is coming from and find a path away from it the instant the biopod lights up, or the instant it's placed. Perhaps some difficulty settings are in order?

Huh...I thought this was gonna be "AI survivors bad".
I feel it's reasonable, but since the idea is to get used to your killer of choice more than anything I feel it's not the biggest thing to worry about at the moment.

They need to build in some hesitancy/delayed reactions to the AI. I agree their current state makes them impossible to mind game and surprise, but there's no reason they couldn't be tweaked to make them a bit more flawed like humans.
Playing against the bots with the Singularity was super hard because as soon as I would control a biopod the bot would either already be hiding behind something or they would have disabled the pod with an EMP.
