After the mid chapter patch to tools of torment, I had lost a majority of cosmetic purchased on the store and obtained in the rifts, one of my characters are wearing an outfit not shown in my outfit page, and I know if I were to un-equip this outfit I would lose it forever, I’ve spent lots of money on this game just to have them take away my stuff 💔😡
