PC (Steam) - Random Bot Stops Wiggling in Custom Game

Playing killer in custom game, one of four bots just randomly didn't wiggle and let themselves die on second hook. This was in the PTB and live game, and I THINK both times as Trapper.
Additional Info:
I don't think maps, perks, etc matter, because they were all different both times. In case they did affect it somehow, the second time my round was this: Perks: BBQ, Brutal Strength, Discordance, Monitor & Abuse; Add-ons: Iridescent Stone, Trapper Sack; Map: Father Campbell's Chapel; Bots: Zarina, Jonah, Feng, Laurie.
This happened twice of probably ~5 custom games with only bots.
