whenever i hit a survivor my game lags/losses connection

so when i hit a survivor in a match my game losses connection for a few seconds (it does not tell me this is happening this is just what i assume is happening) and the survivor will just run the direction they were last moving towards my fps stays perfectly fine and my internet is fine as im in a discord call and do not lag in anything else
this happens every game as a killer
i used oni and it shows the survivors blood leaving the actual direction they are going but there body will stay moving in the same direction it was moving so most of the time that is straight into a wall i have a example video of it happening but i cannot post it because i do not have permissions.
it makes playing killer impossible
